Billy finished his AKC Championship at 9 months old by taking Best of Breed over Specials, at the Pueblo,CO show in November 2006.   He went on to take a TOY GROUP 1, qualifying him to compete in the Best In Show ring!  

This pup showed incredible promise, so in Feb. 2007,  the big decision was made to take him to the Garden. Yes! The Westminster Dog Show in NYC, Madison Square Garden!   We celebrated Billy's 1st Birthday and his fabulous Award of Merit Win. Thank you to Judge Leonard Reppond, and handler, Adrian Agard (Xeralane Kennels).

Since then, Billy has gone on to win many Best of Breed wins regionally, and mulitple Group Placements.  He is currently
being shown on a limited basis, and his offspring are beginning to hit the show ring.   In fact his FIRST AKC Champion kid is
CH. Brycecreek Diamond In The Rough (Brady).    His next Champion to be, and our newest Star, Oeste's Havnfun Playin An Outlaw
(Bart) is taking the ring by storm.  Billy is sure to bring his beautiful movement, coat, temperament, and correct structure to future offspring.

He is currently loved and cared for during his show career by Taffe & Bill McFadden.  Bart is currently in the Top Ten Havanese Breed Standings for 2011.   He exemplifies the breed standard with a beautiful head and expression (perfect, dark almond shaped eyes!), correct straight legs, a topline that rises slightly to the croup, and a coat and movement to die for!
